I’ll start off by saying that I have had my fair share of experience purchasing new developments, ranging from condos, to town houses, to detached homes, from different multiple builders. So, when I say that that Beaverhall treated my family and I with care and respect you’d expect to hear from starry-eyed dream home buyers, I really do mean it. No other builder that I have worked with has had the patience and kindness like the team at Beaverhall. They were willing to accommodate us beyond what any other builder would have even bothered dreaming about, including booking multiple appointments at the décor centre, designing and redesigning the layout of the home, and even switching lots at one point. It may sound like we can just throw money at any builder to get the same results, but we didn’t have to pay extra for genuine service. Because afterall you can’t put a price on human kindness.

Staff at your sales centre were most helpful in guiding us toward our final lot and house model selection. When we struggled with how to add the finished lower level living space required , with the help of you and your design team, a plan which we are very pleased with and excited about was developed. We appreciate your patience in working through this .
We can not say enough about the experience with our kitchen design consultant at Paris Kitchens. With her input and guidance, we will have a custom kitchen & cabinetry to be proud of which I'm sure we will be grateful for and enjoy every day . We were not rushed through the process and were afforded sufficient time to make well thought out decisions. Professional thoughtful guidance and input followed at your design centre . We feel really good about both the standard selections and the upgrades we have made to add value to our home and enhance our future enjoyment. Again, we were not rushed through this process.
